Polished & Poised is a thoughtfully curated introduction to etiquette designed especially for girls ages 12 and under—where foundational life skills are taught in a fun, age-appropriate, and encouraging environment.

In a warm and elevated setting, participants are guided through interactive activities introducing them to:

• Table setting and dining like a lady

• Lady-like body language, posture, and poise

• Basic grooming and proper self-care habits
