Polished & Poised: An Introduction to Etiquette for Young Girls (Ages 7-12)

As parents, we all want our daughters to grow up with quiet confidence, natural poise, and a presence that reflects both grace and self-assurance. Polished & Poised is a thoughtfully curated introduction to etiquette designed especially for girls ages 7-12 where foundational life skills are taught in a fun, age-appropriate, and encouraging environment.

In a warm and elevated setting, participants are guided through interactive activities introducing them to:

• Table setting and dining etiquette

• Lady-like body language, posture, and poise

• Basic grooming and proper self-care habits
